The Vagaro site has the most updated availability. If you do not find an appointment at the time/day that you are interested in, please message me: hello@lashandcomb.com or 949.292.3284.
Most of my appointments do book 2-3 weeks out. That means its recommended that you book your next appointment when you leave your lash treatment. That will allow for the most options when booking.
I do offer a waitlist--you can always message me to be added to it.
NEW CLIENTS: when you submit your appointment request, that appointment is NOT confirmed until you have paid your retainer/deposit. See below.
Deposits/Retainers:

The retainer can be paid via Zelle or Venmo and is fully refundable if you provide minimum of 48 hour cancellation notice (extenuating or illness related exempt).

Cancellations:
- Cancellations must be done 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations done within 48 hours of appointment time will result in
forfeiting your retainer.
- NO CALL/NO SHOW WILL NOT BE BOOKED FOR ANY FUTURE
APPOINTMENTS.
- After 3 cancellations done within 48 hours, you will not be allowed to
book future appointments.
NO CHILDREN or additional guests are allowed during your appointment.
Preparing for your appointment:
FOR LASH EXTENSIONS:
- Please come with a completely clean face--especially no eye makeup.
-You need to remove your contact lenses prior to your lash treatment.
-You will not be able to bathe/shower 24 hours after your lash appointment--please plan accordingly.
-Avoid caffeine for a minimum of 6 hours before your appointment.
-You will be required to lay COMPLETELY flat for the duration of your treatment.
-Pre-purchase a lash extension wash/shampoo so you can begin washing your lashes after the initial 24 hours.
FOR LASH LIFTS & BROW LAMINATIONS
-You must discontinue all exfoliants, retinoids and other anti-aging (i.e retinol, AHA, peels, vitamin-C, etc) product for a minimum of 7 days.
-You must discontinue any lash/brow growth serums for a minimum of 2 days.
-If you previously had lash extensions, please wait 4 weeks before doing a lash lift.
-If you previously had a lash lift, please allow 6 weeks before booking your next lash lift.
-If you previously had a brow lamination, please allow 6 weeks before booking your next brow lamination.
-If you previously had permanent makeup, including microblading, please allow the skin to fully heal before booking any lash lift or lamination treatment.
-Clients in Accutane or other prescription acne medications cannot have brow lamination.
-Do not trim your eyebrows for at least 4 weeks.
-Pre-purchase a lash/brow conditioner so you can begin that after your lash lift/lamination treatment. Or you can purchase one I retail at the studio.
- You will not be able to get your lashes/brows wet for 24 hours—please plan accordingly.
Upon arrival:
Please note that I work back to back appointments so I will most likely be with a client immediately before your appointment slot. You can always use the "Check In" function on the Vagaro site to notify me that you have arrived. If you arrive early, you are welcome to wait in the waiting room.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the service.
Locations:
The studio is located at 26361 Crown Valley Pkwy, Suite 140 C, Mission Viejo, CA 92691. My major cross streets are Marguerite and Crown Valley Pkwy.
If you are coming from the 5 freeway, you will exit Crown Valley Pkwy and head toward Mission Hospital. You will turn left on Bellogente--theres a Chili's on that corner. If you're coming from Ladera Ranch area, you will turn right on Bellogente. That street wraps around until it drops you into Crown Business Center. My building is in the far left corner right up again Marguerite. To give you direction: if you are inside my suite, my window is looking DIRECTLY right into Scott's Donuts across the street (Marguerite).
There is ample free parking right out front. My suite door is accessible from the first floor inner hallway so please look for the white door on the right labeled "ENTRANCE."
